Dr. Robert Gamble is a presbyterian minister who has recently returned from Ukraine. Since 2006, he has been the Executive Director of This Child Here, a nonprofit organization that seeks to find families for homeless children. The organization’s goal, as stated on their website: “For every child, a home; every child a family. Every child needs to love and be loved by parents. Every day in a building without a functioning mother or father, is another day of childhood development delayed and denied.”  Dr. Gamble will offer exceptional insight into the situation in Ukraine and the needs of homeless children and youth. The event, held in McAfee Hall on the campus of First Presbyterian Church, is open to the community.
