Jessie Kuehner (key-ner) is joining the ministry team of First Presbyterian Church as Director of Christian Education. Jessie and her family are relocating from Houston, TX. She is a Certified Christian Educator in the PC(USA). She graduated from Fuller Seminary with MDiv with “Emphasis in Family, Youth and Culture.” She did her Undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska in Sports Medicine and Pre-Med. She is a huge Huskers fan. She has been in ministry for more than 10 years serving children, youth, collegians and all ages. She has been married to her husband Brian for 11 years. Brian owns a company called Kuehner Solutions doing Controls Engineering. Prior to consulting, Brian worked for NASA in Houston. They have 3 children: Lauren (4th grade), John (1st grade), and Phil (3 years old). They have a miniature pincher dog named Dillon. The kids love Cub Scouts and John is into Gymnastics.
Nursery Coordinator
Our New Nursery Coordinator is Milka Aristide, I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Kenny for 14 years. I’m a homemaker to our four amazing children. I love working with children. Prior to having my own family, I was a substitute teacher for many years and to be in a classroom every day brought me so much joy. I’ve been a part of FPC ever since my son started attending preschool. Once I heard of the quest program and became involved I was hooked! The rest, as they say, is history.

Gracelyn Thompson
Nursery Worker
Gracelyn Thompson has spent her high school years deeply involved in the arts, performing in numerous concerts, shows, and competitions as a member of both choir and theater programs. Beyond that, she served two years on Student Council and in Key Club, and has volunteered over 120 hours at the Humane Society, reflecting her heart for service.
Gracelyn has also been an active member of the church throughout her life—from Christmas pageants and children’s choir in her early years, to youth group, youth choir, and helping in the nursery more recently. She was baptized and confirmed here, continuing a five-generation legacy of faith in this church family. She has been on staff as a Nursery Worker since September.

I was born in Vero Beach and grew up attending youth group. It brings me joy to walk alongside the children as they discover who God is and learn how to live out their faith in everyday life.
